Planting
Coffee and tea, like most produce, require constantly nuturing, removal of spent plants and planting new. Additionally, it is important to create the biome of the soil with a variety of plants, flowers, etc.
Pruning
Coffee plants respond very well when whispered loving salutations and kindly pruned to make a stronger plant.
Soil
Soil preparation leads to good soil management, which includes maintianing a healthy biome.
Mowing
Really no need for poison weed control chems, we mow only as needed.
Keiki (starter plants)
Good farming cycles requires us to have a constant pipeline of keiki plants (starter) along with staging to ensure we always have strong, healthy plants.
Fresh
Time is one of our constant concerns. Once the coffee bean (cherry) is picked- we must follow certain procedures to get to the final roasting profile and shipped to you. We do this as quickly as possible to maintain the best qualities of the coffee.
Watering
Without a doubt- plenty of pristine water from the volcanic aquafier adds tot eh quality of our coffee, making it some of the best in the world.
